Cara and her team were absolutely AMAZING - they managed to source a diamond and set it within 10 days, they really moved heaven and earth to create our dream ring in such a tight turnaround and it's stunning. Cara was responsive, professional, creative and really went over and above. I can't thank her enough - the experience was totally seamless and smooth, and I couldn't be more thrilled.

I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service I received. Throughout the entire process, the team demonstrated clear, consistent communication, making sure I was informed and supported at every step. Every query I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

TDS was not the best priced after many reviews, consultations and me doing my homework and getting quotations but the service I received from the onset was excellent. For me in particular that trumps paying a slightly higher premium knowing I will get great service.

In particular, I would like to recognize Angie for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and confident with every decision, providing personalized assistance that truly made a difference. It was evident that Angie genuinely cared about helping me, taking the time to explain details patiently and following up to ensure everything was in order.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting The Diamond Shoppe in Cape Town after winning a previous competition on their social media – and what an incredible experience it turned out to be! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Angie, whose kind heart and exceptional knowledge on social media initially caught my attention. She guided me through the process of choosing a 1.29-carat marquise diamond, carefully explaining the differences between stones and educating me on what to look for. Her expertise was out of this world!

I ended up deciding on two custom rings, and I left the store feeling like a queen. Cara kept me updated on every step of the design process and made sure everything was done to perfection. Nothing I asked was ever too much – they truly went above and beyond.

Martin and his team are absolute gems. Their professionalism, passion, and attention to detail made this experience unforgettable. I felt valued, heard, and incredibly special throughout the entire journey.
